SCBF Hampton, MTB Vs Cruiser Results

The MTB Vs Cruisers race at Stop#3 at Hampton BMX was a fun one to watch! For the first time ever at SCBF MTB Vs Crusier event we had someone competing with at beach cruiser….that’s right a Beach cruiser lol!! Bobby Powell, who was a tremendous help at the event brought out his beach cruiser and got a really good snap out the gate with it. There was only a 1 moto transfer but the main was two laps around the track. It was James “Ziggity” who took home the win with a super tired Thomas Townsend riding his MTB for 2nd and Boobby Powell came third place for a podium finish representing on his beach cruiser!! Big shout out to the homie Craig “Wahoo” Welch for getting back on the track after a long long hiatus!

 

Thomas wasn’t around for his podium photos so Chris Hanny accepted his 2nd place award lol 😉
